You've ever had that friend that simply cannot stay out of your business for just a few things in your life? They absolutely HAVE to know everything about you, how your day is going, and what you had for breakfast that morning? ANNOYING to say the least. I've known a few people who are like that and for the life of them they can't seem to just let things go if they know it's just not their business. If they aren't part of the conversation, then they just freak out and it thus hinders your relationship with them.
In the end, it comes down to the people, good, bad, tall or small, the components of a company are made up of brains, body, mind, and soul which should always be the heart of a company.
No one wants to speak to a robot, so embrace your weirdness and allow yourself to make mistakes. Eventually, you'll just get better, but you have to allow yourself the opportunity to just say something rather than hold back and risk an "imperfect" conversation.

Being a bonafide introvert myself, I know that us introverts have somewhat of a unique perspective in our day to day actions. About 50% of Americans are introverts believe it or not and you can bet that most, if not all, need their recharge time after "people" engagement.
